Our unique approach ensures a fast and practical learning experience.

Each clarinet lesson is a one-on-one session with a teacher, available in 30, 45, or 60-minute increments. Parents are welcome to attend their child's lessons.

Goals

Our goal is to help students reach their highest musical potential through private lessons. We tailor our teaching methods to each student’s needs. Beginners start with basics like clarinet assembly, reed position, breath control, tone production, and finger placement. Intermediate students learn clear sound production, articulation, and a variety of tunes. Advanced students focus on long tones, scales, ornamentation, vibrato, and significant repertoire.

Our clarinet classes cover:

  • Note reading and recognition
  • Counting and rhythm reading
  • Technique (scales, arpeggios, trills, dynamics)
  • Sight reading
  • Rudiments of theory
