At Melorin Music School, we offer engaging in-person early childhood music lessons designed for children ages 3 to 5. Whether through private instruction or a small group class, our carefully structured programs help young learners build musical foundations while supporting emotional, social, and physical development.

Group Music Class for Preschoolers (Ages 3–5)

We also offer a fun and educational small group music class for preschoolers. This class promotes shared learning and teamwork through music, movement, and games.

  • Class Size: 4–5 students per group

  • Course Length: 9 months (36 sessions)

  • Session Duration: 45 minutes

  • Format: Weekly in-person classes at Melorin Music School in Richmond Hill

This program introduces foundational music concepts through rhythm games, songs, imaginative play, and instrument exploration.

What age is best to start?
Our program is designed for children ages 3 to 5. It’s the ideal age for developing listening skills, rhythm, and basic music awareness.

Do you offer online classes?
No. All early childhood music lessons are offered in-person only at our Richmond Hill studio.

Can my child join mid-year?
Yes. Private lessons can begin anytime. Group classes follow a 9-month school-year schedule (September to June), with mid-year enrollments accepted if space is available.

Do parents attend the class?
Parents are welcome to observe both private and group classes, especially during the early sessions.

Do students need instruments at home?
No home instruments are required, but optional percussion toys or a small keyboard can enhance practice and familiarity.
