Age Restriction

Minors
Melorin Music School cares deeply about its young students and strives to provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment. Parents or guardians may attend lessons for younger students to assist with note-taking and home practice support.
Missed Lessons
Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any lesson cancellation to qualify for a make-up lesson. Lessons missed without sufficient notice will be considered a missed lesson and are not eligible for rescheduling.
Teacher Absence
Melorin Music School reserves the right to assign a substitute instructor if a teacher becomes unavailable. If a substitute teacher cannot be arranged, a make-up lesson or lesson extension will be provided.
Payments
Tuition payments reserve the student's lesson time and classroom availability. Melorin Music School reserves the right to suspend lessons due to outstanding payments or inappropriate conduct.

Melorin Music School uses the WellnessLiving platform for scheduling, attendance, communication, and student account management. Students and parents are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and reviewing notifications related to lessons and scheduling.
I’d also recommend adding a Privacy Policy, Liability Disclaimer, and Media Consent (photos/videos for performances and social media) section if those are not already on your website.
